Bratora (“we”, “our”) provides public social media utility tools. This policy explains what limited information we process when you use the site.

Information we process

When you submit a profile URL, we process that URL to detect the platform and attempt a compliant public lookup. We may store anonymous request metadata such as platform, request type, status, and timestamps. We do not intentionally store private profile content.

Temporary files

Retrieved public images may be stored temporarily to enable preview and download, then removed automatically after a short retention window.

Contact form

If you contact us, we use the details you provide solely to respond. Contact messages are not stored in the application database by default.

Cookies & security

We use cookies required for CSRF protection and sessions. We apply rate limiting and server-side validation to reduce abuse.

Third-party platforms

Social platforms are independent services with their own terms and privacy policies. We only attempt to access publicly available resources and do not bypass authentication or privacy controls.
